Daido Electric Industry is currently offering ferrite cores with GAP processing! We have newly introduced a GAP processing machine that was also used by manufacturers of ferrite core production. One method to adjust the characteristics of coils using ferrite cores is by trimming the core's middle foot, commonly referred to as "gap processing." Until now, Daido Electric Industry has performed gap processing manually, but by introducing the GAP processing machine, we have been able to reduce the working time to about one-third of the previous duration, and the processing accuracy has significantly improved.
